Google Checkout is the only payment method we accept at this time.

Order Processing:
We process and ship orders Mon-Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your purchase to be processed for delivery.

We use the shipping address provided by Google Checkout to ship your purchase. The Buyer is responsible for verifying/changing their shipping address before submitting payment. We are unable to change the delivery address after purchase is completed.

We ship to all 50 United States. We are unable to ship to other US Protectorates. We are unable to ship internationally.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to physical street addresses.

A purchase of more than one item may result in separate shipments.

We are unable to combine shipping charges for purchasing more than one of an item.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on most of our items, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping options are available on the item listing. The Buyer is responsible for those fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of the date of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund your returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened, unaltered condition and packaging with all manuals, accessories, and paperwork intact. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging are non-returnable. Buyer remains responsible to pay for shipping when returning an item.

Some items can not be returned. Non-returnable categories are Perishable, Consumable, Personal Care, Software, Luggage, and Linens.

To return an item, contact us to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items cannot be returned without an RMA number.

We will not be responsible for returned items that are lost/stolen in transit. Buyer must contact the shipping provider to file a claim. We are unable to accept any package that arrives COD.

Product Support and Service:
We do not provide technical support. We are unable to verify item compatibility. The manufacturer's website frequently has additional information about the item. For warranty service, contact the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
